1Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings whenever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.
- "BetQ" / "betq" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the betq.best website and all associated services, including the online casino, sports betting, and VIP Club.
- "You" / "player" / "account holder" refers to any individual who has registered an account at betq or who uses the betq platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" refers to the betq website (betq.best), mobile browser version, and any associated applications or services.
- "Account" means the personal betq account created by you upon registration, containing your balance, transaction history, and betting records.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or matched deposit offer provided by betq under any promotion.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all betq accounts are denominated.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
- "VIP Club" refers to betq's five-tier loyalty programme as described on the VIP Club page.
2Account Registration
To use betq's paid services — including deposits, real-money gaming, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria.
2.1 Eligibility
You may register at betq only if you are at least 18 years of age, are registering on your own behalf and not for any third party, are not a current employee or contractor of betq, and are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. By completing registration, you declare that all of these conditions are met.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one betq account. If betq identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same person — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, payment method association, or any other method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances and pending bonuses in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. The original account may also be reviewed and suspended pending investigation.
Important: If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact betq support immediately at support@betq.best. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Betq reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including National Identity Card (CNIC) copies, proof of address, and payment method verification.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
BetQ conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to verify your account before your first withdrawal or at any point betq deems necessary. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction. Verification is a one-time process for most players and is completed quickly through the in-platform document submission tool.
3Age Verification
The minimum age to register and use betq is 18 years. BetQ takes age verification seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. If betq has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. No withdrawals will be processed during this period. If age verification confirms the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed betq using your details, contact us immediately. We will close the account and assist with any steps needed.
4Account Security
Your betq account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. BetQ will never ask for your full password by email, phone, or chat.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
- Use a unique, strong password not used on other websites.
- Log out of betq after every session on shared or public devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@betq.best immediately.
BetQ accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. If you notify betq promptly of suspected unauthorised access, betq will act to secure the account, investigate the activity, and advise on appropriate next steps.
5Deposits
All deposits at betq are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP accounts may have bespoke limits arranged through their account manager.

5.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account or card belonging to another person — are not accepted at betq. If a third-party deposit is detected, betq will refund the amount to the originating method and may restrict the account pending investigation. BetQ is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider on their side.
6Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your betq balance are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a verified alternative method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no betq withdrawal fees.
6.1 Processing Times
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 5 minutes, 24/7.
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 10 minutes, 24/7.
- IBFT bank transfer: Within 1 hour on banking days; up to 4 hours on weekends and public holidays.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on issuing bank.
6.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals of real-money deposits are processed without restriction once your account is verified. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant bonus terms. If a withdrawal request is submitted before the wagering requirement is met, betq will either decline the request and notify you of the outstanding wagering, or — at betq's discretion — process the real-money portion and remove any active bonus balance.

7Bonuses and Promotions
BetQ regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all betq bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
7.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
- Each promotion may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your betq account. Real-money funds are used first by default unless betq specifies otherwise for a specific promotion.
- Bonuses expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without notice.
- BetQ reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend ongoing promotion terms with reasonable notice.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Where a wagering requirement applies, it represents the total amount you must wager — across eligible games — before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example: a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in total qualifying wagers. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published with each promotion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino tables typically contribute at a lower rate; some games may contribute 0%. Wagers placed using real-money funds do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
7.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback credited through the betq VIP Club is not a bonus — it carries no wagering requirement and is withdrawable immediately upon credit. Full VIP Club terms are available on the VIP Club page and form part of these Terms by reference.
8Casino and Game Rules
All casino games available on the betq platform — including slots, jackpot slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Aviator, and all other titles — are provided by licensed third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game at betq, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.
- All game results at betq are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the game developer, not by betq directly.
- Return-to-Player (RTP) figures published for each game reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
- BetQ does not modify RTP settings from the developer's published figures.
- Aviator and other crash games use provably fair algorithms. Round results can be verified using the published hash displayed before each round.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a server disconnect or game error — betq will use the last confirmed server-side game state to determine the outcome. Bets that were not confirmed by betq's servers at the time of failure will be voided and stakes returned.
- Any attempt to exploit game bugs, glitches, or undocumented behaviours to gain an advantage is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
9Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting at betq — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and other markets — is subject to the following general conditions in addition to any market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting.
9.1 Settlement
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition at the conclusion of the event. For PSL and other cricket markets, betq uses official scorecards and competition authority rulings as the settlement source. In the event of a discrepancy between betq's settlement and an official source, betq will review and correct the settlement within 24 hours of notification.
9.2 Void Bets
A bet will be declared void — and your stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market's void rule threshold; betq offered the market in error with obviously incorrect odds; or the event is officially declared a no-contest by the governing body. Betq's specific void rules for each market are displayed in the market details before you place a bet.
9.3 In-Play Betting
In-play bets are accepted at betq's live odds. Betq reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — including during periods of rapid score changes or connectivity issues. Bets placed and confirmed before a market suspension remain valid. Bets that were not confirmed by betq's system before suspension are void. The brief delay between a live event and betq's in-play feed is an inherent part of live betting — using this delay to place bets based on known outcomes is considered abuse and prohibited.
10Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at betq. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Using false identity information or providing forged documents during verification.
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
- Exploiting a technical error, game glitch, or undocumented feature to generate a financial advantage.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the betq platform in ways not intended for human users.
- Match fixing, result manipulation, or placing bets on events in which you have insider information not available to the public.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any transaction designed to obscure the source or ownership of funds.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing bonuses — for example, opening multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once, or systematically placing low-risk bets across different outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal actual risk (commonly called "bonus abuse" or "arbing").
BetQ uses sophisticated fraud detection systems. Patterns consistent with prohibited conduct trigger automatic flags and manual review. When prohibited conduct is confirmed, betq acts quickly — account closure and balance forfeiture happen without prior warning in serious cases.
11Account Suspension and Closure
BetQ may suspend or close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances: confirmed prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; a player's own request for self-exclusion; or account inactivity combined with a zero balance for an extended period.
11.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting betq support. Before processing closure, betq will settle all active bets, process any pending withdrawal requests to your registered payment method, and confirm final balance. If the closure request is part of a self-exclusion, betq will process it as a responsible gaming action with the protections described in Section 12.
11.2 Balances on Closed Accounts
When betq closes an account due to the player's own voluntary request, any remaining real-money balance is returned to the last verified payment method. When betq closes an account due to confirmed prohibited conduct or Terms violation, betq reserves the right to forfeit the balance in proportion to the severity of the breach and any losses betq incurred as a result.
12Responsible Gaming
BetQ is committed to responsible gaming. All of the following tools are available to you at any time from your account settings, without needing to contact support.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced with immediate effect — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cool-Off Periods: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your account remains active and balance is preserved.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from betq for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. Betq will not accept any attempt to register a new account during active self-exclusion.
BetQ's support and VIP teams are trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. If betq identifies patterns consistent with at-risk behaviour, we may proactively reach out and, where appropriate, apply protective measures to your account.

13Privacy and Data
BetQ collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at betq, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: betq uses your data to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and improve the platform. 14Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betq's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your current real-money account balance at the time a claim arises. BetQ is not liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits; loss of data; or losses resulting from your own failure to secure your account credentials. BetQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. BetQ will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance and to restore service promptly following unplanned outages. Bets confirmed before a service interruption remain valid and will be settled upon restoration of service.
15Changes to These Terms
BetQ may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address registered to your account and display an in-platform notification for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of betq after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using betq and may request account closure with a full balance refund before the effective date. Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice.
