On the next screen enter your full name, date of birth, and city, agree to the terms, and click submit. The whole process takes under two minutes. Deposits & Payments

Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in an average of under five minutes, 24 hours a day. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically take 10–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take up to two hours. Processing times can occasionally be longer during high-volume periods — if your withdrawal hasn't arrived within double the expected time, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

The minimum withdrawal at betq is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT, the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may have lower limits pending KYC completion.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: KYC not yet completed (identity verification required for first withdrawal), active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements (bonus funds must be wagered through before withdrawing), payment method name mismatch (your betq account name must match your payment account name), or account security review (unusual activity flagged for review). Contact live chat for the specific reason — it's always resolvable.

BetQ charges no withdrawal fees on standard methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT). Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — betq has no control over these and does not benefit from them. What you request to withdraw is exactly what betq sends.

The welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rs 20,000. To claim it, simply register a new betq account and make your first deposit of at least Rs 500. A wagering requirement means you need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before it converts to real money you can withdraw. For example: if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 worth of qualifying bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable cash. Slots count 100% toward wagering; live casino games count 10%; sports bets count 100% on odds of 1.50 or higher.

Yes.
